- College Timings - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Second Saturday is a holiday.
- Students are not permitted to enter the campus after 8:50 am and are not allowed to leave the college before 5:00 pm. Visitors are strictly not allowed during the college hours.
- Students should submit their original 10th mark list, +2 mark list, Community Certificate, Conduct Certificate & Transfer Certificate. The necessary Xerox copies of the documents are to be taken prior the submission, for other needs such as passport, license, employment, etc. Once submitted, the originals will be the returned only after the course completion.
- Minimum 90% attendance for the theory classes and 100% attendance for the laboratory classes.
- Dress code : Boys : All students in the campus should be neatly dressed. All boy students are expected to wear self coloured pants with their shirts neatly tucked in. They should wear shoes only, Jeans and T-shirts are strictly not allowed. Slippers will not be permitted. Student should not have long hair and beard. Lab coat is compulsory for laboratory classes.
Girls : All girls should wear Salwar Kameez with Dhupata. Slit in the salwar should not be more than 10 inches above the Knee level. They should wear shoes only. Lab coat is compulsory for laboratorlasses.
- ID Card : Each student will be provided with his/her name and photo in the ID card. They should wear their ID card while they are inside the campus and in the bus.
- Each and every student will be attached to a lecturer as a student counselor. the counselor will advice / counsel his/her academic and other activites during the entire course.students are required to aprroch their counselor for their academic needs.
- Following tests are conducted in a semester and the results are sent to the parents periodically . Parents are kindly requested to note these resultsand follow up the perfomance of their wards. They are requested to feel free and spend their time for discussions with the student's counselor.

- Change of Address : If there is any change in the address , phone number or mobile number, parents should inform to their respective "Students Attendance Incharge" and Office.
- Cell phone or any electronic and electrical items including cameras, i-pods, etc., are not allowed inside the campus.
- Laptops should be used strictly for educational purpose. Misuse of the laptop (Listening to music, watching movies, etc.,) will lead to cease the same.
- Kindly avoid riding TWO WHEELERS in the city.
- Attendance is compulsory on the previous day and the after holidays and vacations.
- Visitors are not allowed to see their wards during working days and working hours.
- During College functions, academic programmes, etc,. Students should wear College Blazers.
- Mode of Conveyance : Student should come to college by our buses or out buses only. Hence parents are kindly requested not to provide Two Wheelers or any vehicle to their ward to come to the college.
